ARKAN CAPITAL is a financial group active in fintech, private equity and asset management. It was founded by Dr Mickael Mosse and is operated by NEO CAPITAL TRUST. My NEO Group states CHF 3.3 billion of assets under management at ARKAN CAPITAL, across seven financial hubs. Olivier Fousse is its Chief Investment Officer.

### What is NREC?

NREC is the NEO Royal Executive Club, the private executive club of My NEO Group, which connects business, finance and diplomacy. It was launched in Dubai on 27 March 2025, and NREC India was launched in Mumbai in August 2025. Its legal entity is NREC GROUP L.L.C-FZ, in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai.

### Who can join NREC?

Membership of NREC is reserved for accomplished professionals, entrepreneurs, investors and public figures, and is by application only. NREC has three tiers: Platinum, for high-net-worth individuals, leading chief executives and industry innovators; Executive, for senior executives, entrepreneurs and business leaders; and Professional, for rising leaders, innovators and mid-level executives.

### How does admission to NREC work?

Admission to NREC follows four stages: application, screening and vetting, invitation, and activation. Every application is reviewed for professional background, leadership record and fit with the values of the club. The fees of each tier are communicated in writing to the candidates the club invites.
