NEO ONE provides one interface connected to several card partners. The cards offered are matched to the country of residence and to the needs of the user. Offers depend on the card programme and on eligibility.

## The NEO ONE hub in Hong Kong

In March 2026, My NEO Group opened a physical NEO ONE hub at K11 Art Mall, in Hong Kong. At the hub, visitors are received in person and assisted with their account and their cards.

My NEO Group states more than 10,000 sign-ups in the first 24 hours of the Hong Kong launch.
