## Convictions, in his own words

> The next decade belongs to organizations that embed intelligence into every layer, not as a feature, but as the fundamental operating system.
>
> Dr Mickael Mosse, Founder and Group CEO of My NEO Group

Dr Mickael Mosse sums up the way he runs the Group in three convictions, published on his official website.

1. **Intelligence is the new infrastructure.** Artificial intelligence is not a feature to add to a business. It is the operating system the business runs on. This is why the Group builds NEO AI.
2. **Operate what you build.** The Group builds its technology, runs it inside its own companies, then takes it to market. Real users, real transactions and real compliance requirements shape every product.
3. **Capital follows execution.** Long-term capital, allocated through the Mickael Mosse Family Office, backs the companies the Group runs itself and the partners who build alongside it.
