Dr Mickael Mosse is an international entrepreneur and investor based in Dubai. He is the founder of My NEO Group and of ARKAN CAPITAL, and the architect of NEO AI. As Group CEO, he sets the vision and strategy of My NEO Group and leads its international expansion.
His activities span financial services, private equity, technology, artificial intelligence, real estate and hospitality, with long-term capital allocated through the Mickael Mosse Family Office. He works in English, French, Spanish and Italian. In 2024 he received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration and an Award of Excellence in Dubai.

Olivier Fousse is the Chief Operating Officer of My NEO Group. He runs the Group's operations and the roll-out of its companies across markets. My NEO Group announced his appointment in March 2025. He has more than 20 years of experience in institutional finance and technology, with positions at J.P. Morgan, Microsoft and BNY Mellon.
Olivier Fousse is listed as a founding director of Agency Investment Madagascar (AIM), the investment promotion agency mandated by the Presidency of the Republic of Madagascar. He served as an investment mentor and judge in the pitching programme of the Asian Financial Forum 2026 in Hong Kong.

NEO AI is an Intelligence Operating System developed by NEO Labs, a company of My NEO Group. NEO AI is designed to make leading AI models, autonomous agents, tools, data sources, memory and verification work as one coordinated system. The user states a goal. To show how NEO AI works in practice, the Group is building five mobile apps with it: FINORA (finance), FITORA (sport and nutrition), VITORA (health), LINGORA (languages) and INTELORA (open-source intelligence). The five apps are proofs of concept, currently in testing.
The Salvaje Group is the hospitality partner of My NEO Group. The Salvaje Group operates restaurants and clubs in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas under brands that include Salvaje, Arrogante, Kanibal, Calle Dragones and Amor. In Dubai, the Salvaje venues are located at Address Residences Dubai Opera, in Downtown Dubai.
