NEO AI is the Intelligence Operating System of My NEO Group. One assistant, LILI, directs a team of AI agents from a single Mission Control. NEO AI is developed by NEO Labs and is in development.
NEO Labs is the research and engineering company of My NEO Group. It develops NEO AI and builds websites, mobile apps, AI agents and custom software for businesses.
NEO Family is the IT and business consulting company of My NEO Group, from strategy to custom software.
NEO ONE is an app that gives access to several Visa and Mastercard cards, topped up in traditional money or in crypto. The cards and the payment services are issued and provided by licensed partners. A physical NEO ONE hub opened in Hong Kong in March 2026.
Banca NEO is the business banking brand of My NEO Group: a digital banking platform with tailored solutions for companies. Regulated services are provided by licensed partners.
NEO PayTech Solutions is the payment technology brand of My NEO Group for businesses with complex payment needs: payment intermediation, exchange between traditional money and digital assets, and online card acquiring. It was launched in December 2025.
NEO PASS is a brand of the banking and payments activities of My NEO Group. NEOPASS is listed among the start-ups in the pitching programme of the Asian Financial Forum 2026 in Hong Kong.
ARKAN CAPITAL is a financial group active in fintech, private equity and asset management, founded by Dr Mickael Mosse. My NEO Group states CHF 3.3 billion of assets under management at ARKAN CAPITAL, across seven financial hubs.
