What NREC is

NREC, the NEO Royal Executive Club, is an international network for senior professionals, entrepreneurs, investors and public figures. It gives its members a vetted and discreet setting to meet the right counterpart, compare notes with peers and take a first conversation towards an agreement.

The club draws its members from private capital, family offices, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership and public institutions.

NREC was founded and developed by My NEO Group. The club is the meeting point of the Group with investors, institutions and public bodies. It operates as a separate legal entity, NREC GROUP L.L.C-FZ, under its own business licence.

NREC names four principles.

Membership and admission

Membership of NREC is selective and by application. Every candidate is reviewed for professional background, leadership record and fit with the values of the club, whatever the tier. NREC has three tiers.

Admission follows four stages.

1. Application

   The candidate completes the online form and indicates a tier.

2. Screening and vetting

   The club reviews the application against its criteria.

3. Invitation

   An approved candidate receives an invitation with the fees for the tier.

4. Activation

   Once the invitation is accepted, membership begins.

Each tier has an annual membership fee and a one-off assessment fee. The club communicates both amounts in writing to each candidate it invites. Requesting a tier does not guarantee admission to it.

NREC is based in Dubai and extends its reach through chapters.

Events and key dates

NREC hosts its own forums and takes delegations to events in the region. It uses four formats.

• Summits: one theme, a full programme of speakers and an audience of decision-makers.
• Investor round tables: closed sessions for fund managers and family offices.
• Delegations and diplomatic meetings: hosted visits and working sessions with public bodies and trade missions.
• Cultural and research programmes: university visits, cultural exchanges and industry tours for members.

The flagship event of the club is the NREC Dubai Summit. The 2025 edition, Private Capital and Sovereign Synergies, was held in Dubai on 10 September 2025, at Arrogante and Salvaje. A memorandum of understanding was signed during the summit.

Incubator and Accelerator

The NREC Incubator supports founders at the earliest stage, often before a finished product or first traction. It is built as a long-term relationship, with the team, the members and the partners of the club close to each venture.

• Office space: shared or private, on flexible terms.
• Mentorship: guidance from founders, executives and domain experts.
• Network: introductions to investors, corporate partners and industry leaders.
• Business support: planning, market analysis, financial modelling and scaling.
• Operations: help with legal, accounting and administrative matters.
• Capital: seed funding may be available in selected cases.

The Business Accelerator Programme is for companies that already operate. It is open to a registered business or start-up with clear growth potential, an innovative product, service or technology, and a scalable business model.

What is NREC?

NREC is the NEO Royal Executive Club, the private executive club of My NEO Group, which connects business, finance and diplomacy. It was launched in Dubai on 27 March 2025, and NREC India was launched in Mumbai in August 2025. Its legal entity is NREC GROUP L.L.C-FZ, in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai.
