ARKAN CAPITAL is a financial group active in fintech, private equity and asset management, founded by Dr Mickael Mosse. My NEO Group states CHF 3.3 billion of assets under management at ARKAN CAPITAL, across seven financial hubs.

A holding is a company or a structure that holds other companies. My NEO Group is the holding of the Group, established in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). It is also an operating group: it builds its own products, runs them inside its own companies and then takes them to market.

NEO ONE #
NEO ONE is an app that gives access to several Visa and Mastercard cards, topped up in traditional money or in crypto. The cards and the payment services are issued and provided by licensed partners. A physical NEO ONE hub opened in Hong Kong in March 2026.

My NEO Group opened a physical NEO ONE hub in Hong Kong in March 2026. The Group states more than 10,000 sign-ups in the first 24 hours of the Hong Kong launch.

NREC #
NREC is the NEO Royal Executive Club, the private executive club of My NEO Group, which connects business, finance and diplomacy. It was launched in Dubai in March 2025, and NREC India was launched in Mumbai in August 2025.

NREC Incubator #
The NREC Incubator supports founders at the earliest stage with office space, mentorship, introductions to investors and partners, and business and operational support. Seed funding may be available in selected cases. The Business Accelerator Programme of NREC is for registered companies with a scalable business model.

Terms of NEO AI

Approval policy #
The approval policy is the setting by which the user of NEO AI decides how much the system may do without asking. It has three levels: ASK ME, AUTO and AUTONOMOUS.

My NEO Group is building five mobile apps with NEO AI to show how it works in practice: FINORA for finance, FITORA for sport and nutrition, VITORA for health, LINGORA for languages and INTELORA for open-source intelligence. The five apps are proofs of concept, currently in testing, and are not yet public.

Global AI and Investor Roadshow 2026 #
The My NEO Group Global AI and Investor Roadshow 2026 is the series of presentations that My NEO Group launched in June 2026. It marked the international debut of NEO AI.

Human Gate #
A Human Gate is an action that always requires a human approval in NEO AI, whatever the approval policy, the profile or the mode. NEO AI lists four of them, among them publishing to a public domain and the release of a deployment.

Intelligence Operating System #
Intelligence Operating System is the term that NEO AI uses for itself: a system designed to make AI models, autonomous agents, tools, data sources, memory and verification work as one coordinated system, instead of relying on a single model.

Intelligence Profile #
An Intelligence Profile sets how much intelligence a mission of NEO AI should mobilise. The user chooses a profile, not a model. NEO AI names five profiles: NEO AUTO, NEO PULSE, NEO PRIME, NEO AXIOM and NEO APEX.

LILI #
LILI is the assistant of NEO AI, the one the user talks to. The user gives LILI one objective, in any language, and LILI turns it into a structured mission carried out by a team of AI agents.

Mission #
In NEO AI, a mission is the unit of work: one objective stated by the user. A mission keeps one state, whatever the device or the view.

Mission Control #
Mission Control is the command centre of NEO AI. It shows the progress of a mission, the evidence, the validations and the points where a human approval is required, in one view.

Mode #
A mode is one of the three views of a mission in NEO AI: FOCUS, NORMAL and JARVIS. Changing mode changes what the user sees, never what NEO AI is doing.

Model-agnostic #
Model-agnostic means that a system does not depend on one AI model. NEO AI is designed to orchestrate leading AI models from third parties together with private models and specialist engines, and to choose the right one for each part of a mission.

NEO Intelligence #
NEO Intelligence is the vertical for investigation and due diligence on public and licensed sources. NEO AI states that it is designed and specified, and not yet launched.

Vertical #
A vertical is a configuration of NEO AI for one industry. NEO AI names thirteen verticals. Each one reuses the same platform: orchestration, agents, memory, governance and verification.

x100 #
x100 is the name of the long-term research and development objective of NEO AI: to deliver more useful intelligence for each unit of compute. NEO AI presents x100 as an objective, not as a measured result.

Assets under management, or AUM, is the total value of the assets that a firm manages.

Card acquiring is the service that lets a merchant accept card payments. The acquirer receives the payment through the card network and settles it to the merchant.

Card issuing #
Card issuing is the provision of payment cards to users by an institution authorised by a card network such as Visa or Mastercard. The cards of NEO ONE are issued by licensed partners.

Commercial licence #
In the United Arab Emirates, a commercial licence is the authorisation to carry out a stated business activity. It is issued by the authority of an emirate or of a free zone.
