The holding and the headquarters

My NEO Group develops its own products in artificial intelligence and financial technology and tests them in its own businesses, from banking to hospitality, before it takes them to market. My NEO Group is the holding of the Group, and it operates its companies itself. The holding is established in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), and the Group is run from its headquarters in Dubai.

My NEO Group is organised as a group of separate companies and brands. Each one operates under its own legal structure and its own management and, where applicable, its own licence. A licence shown on this page belongs to the entity named, not to My NEO Group. Regulated services are provided only by entities authorised to provide them.
